The OUTCAST Outdoor Weather Protector allows the user of a plaster cast to go outdoors in foul weather and have his/her cast protected from the elements.
The foot Outcast can be used in conjunction with a hospital provided sandal if the patient is allowed to walk/bear weight. The sandal is strapped over the Outcast. |
The outcast foot is lined with a strong mesh fabric which because of its insulating properties maintains the limb warm in the winter and cool in the summer
